United Community Bank to close Cave Spring Branch in April 2024

It has been our privilege to serve our customers at the Cave Spring – Cedartown Street branch over the years, located at 15 Cedartown Street SW, Cave Spring, GA 30124. We continue to focus on providing the best service to our customers through online and mobile banking and at any of our other local branches.

We regularly evaluate our branches to ensure that they are most effectively meeting our customers’ needs. We have considered how the needs of our customers have changed, including the increased use of online and mobile banking, direct deposit, and debit cards. As a result of these evaluations, we are consolidating our resources and combining the Cave Spring – Cedartown Street branch into our Rome, GA area branches. The Cave Spring – Cedartown Street branch will close at 2:00pm on Friday, April 26, 2024.

We are also growing our network of interactive teller machines (ITMs). ITMs allow customers to enjoy extended hours to make deposits, cash checks, transfer funds, and make loan payments: all with a live person. We are hopeful to add an ITM in Cave Spring soon and will communicate additional information once it’s available. In the meantime, visit ucbi.com/locations for information on all United Community branch, ITM, and ATM locations.
